Engineering Services - 24D0164 - Target Accommodation Baainbw - 1.Ba / Gneisenau -Kaserne, Koblenz - Framework Agreement - Floor Appraiser. The Bundeswehr Property Gneisenau Kaserne Is Located In 56076 Koblenz, At Alte Heerstraße 149 And Is To Be Prepared For An Office Location For Covering The Need For Office Patients By The Federal Office For Equipment, Infotechnik And Use Of The Bundeswehr (Baainbw). The 47 Buildings On The Site (Year Of Construction Between 1937 And 1988) Of The Property Are Not Suitable For Long-Term Office Use And All The Property And Disposal Lines Of The Property Are In Need Of Renewal. The Planned Redesign Of The Property Is Carried Out In 4 Construction Phases, One After The Other, Whereby The Respective Non -Affected Construction Phases Must Remain In Operation. 1. Construction Phase: The First Construction Phase Lies In The West Of The Property And Is Intended To Cover The Infrastructure Requirement Of Department I Of Baainbw. This Construction Phase Is Separated Into Two Sub -Areas. Part A Takes Into Account The Dismantling Of The Existing Buildings. Part B Includes The Dismantling Of The Infrastructure And The Re-Establishment Of The Office Buildings, The Canteen And Conference Building, The Zva (Central Supply Building) And The Parking Deck, As Well As The Outdoor Areas And The Demand-Appropriate Reorganization Of The Supply And Disposal In The Property. The Construction Size Of The 1St Construction Phase (1. Ba) (Part A And Part B) Is Approx. 8 Ha Of Which Are Approximately 48 % Attached Surfaces And Approx. 52 % Are Unsetended Surfaces. In Relation To The Existing Building Surfaces, The Size Is The Fortified Surfaces 27,125.85 M2 And The Unpaved Areas 41,974.84 M2. There Is Suspicion Of Ordnance For Approx. 22,000 M2 Of These Areas. Performance To Be Awarded: The Contractors To Be Awarded (On) Include The Building Basic Investigation In Connection With The 1St Construction Phase. Geological Studies Must Be Carried Out For The Existing Fortified Surfaces And The Unpaved Areas. In The Course Of The Further Project Phase And The Progressive Construction Location Step, The Geological Examinations Of The Construction Site Are Due For The Construction Of The Buildings And The Outdoor Facilities As Well As The Waste-Technical Hay Testing Of The Dismantling Material. Since There Is A Suspicion Of Ordnance For Part Of The 1St Phase Of Construction, An Ordnance Examination And Free Measurement Is Required Before Interventions In The Soil (Bores, Etc.), These Services Are Part Of This Assignment. It Should Be Noted That The Building Damage Examination Is Not Part Of This Tender. A Separate Expert Is Commissioned For This. The Following Services Must Be Provided By The Following Services: 1. Preliminary Planning - Project Incorporation - Planning Of The Examinations - Preliminary Planning Of The Haufwerkenschandlung - Data Transmission To The State Office For Geology And Mining, Concerns The Layer Structure Of The Soil 2Nd Arrival And Departure - To The Property And The Lbb Branch Diez 3. Reading Work - Measurement Of The Opening Points - Unemployed And
