Road Lov2142 From Km 0+000 To Km 8+000 Is From The Municipal Road Network And Serves The Village Of Gorno Diepe, Troyan Municipality, Lovech District. The Condition Of The Road Network Is Very Deteriorating. The Main Reason For This Is The Peculiarity Of The Relief, Which Is Crossed, High-Mountain With North Exposure. On The Other Hand, The Many Horizontal And Vertical Curves Make Them Very Difficult To Maintain Them In Winter. The Prolonged Operation And The Increased Amount Of Surface Water Contribute To The Deterioration Of The Operational Qualities. Road Deformations Are Manifested On The Inside Of The Traffic Lane, On The Road, Gorno Torpe Village, Municipality. Troyan. The Reinforcement Is Required In Connection With The Deteriorating Operating Condition Of The Existing Road, Which Has Collapses In Separate Sections, Poor Drainage. The Project Is Aimed At Repairing The Destroyed Sections Of The Roadway In Order To Improve The Transport And Exploitation Qualities And The Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Flooring, With A View To Providing Conditions For Traffic Safety, Good Drainage Of The Road And Sufficient Operational Period After The Repair.
