In Connection With The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each: Norm, European Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical References Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Accompanied By Or Equivalent Words. 3. Pursuant To Article 101 (5) Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor, Which Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In These Documents, Is Obliged To Prove, By Attaching The Relevant Evidence, By Joining The Offer Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Pzp Act, That The Proposed Solutions To An Equivalent Of The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Scope Of The Contract And The Scope Of The Contractors Obligations Was Specified In The Technical Specification - Annex 4 To Swz, And In The Contract Template - Annex 5 To Swz.
