1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Successive Delivery Of Consumables Not Fordened For Computer Printers, Photocopiers And Multifunctional Devices For The Needs Of Units Of The Medical University Of Piastów Śląskie In Wrocław And The Branch Of The Medical University In Wałbrzych. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Was Described In Detail In The Assortment And Price Form (Annex 2 To Swz) And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Annex 3 To Swz). The Contracting Authority Requires That The Offered Products Meet The Requirements Contained In These Documents And Be Allowed To Market In Poland. The Assortment And Price Form (Annex 2 To Swz) Contains Types Of Devices At The Contracting Authority And Approximate Amounts Of Assortment During The Period Covered By The Order. 3. The Employer Will Order Products Covered By The Subject Of The Contract In Quantities In Accordance With Real Needs. The Quantities Specified In Annex 2 To Swz (Assortment And Price Form) Are Estimated, Needed To Compare Offers.
