Tenders Are Invited For Banking Of The Lublin Poviat Budget And Organizational Units Of The Lublin Poviat

The Subject Of The Contract Is The Banking Service Of The Lublin Poviat Budget And Organizational Units Of The Lublin Poviat In The Period 01.07.2025 - 30.06.2030. The Scope Of The Order In Particular Includes: • Banking Service At A Bank Facility Located At A Distance Not Exceeding 2,000 M From The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party In Lublin At 9 (Due To The Frequent And Necessary Visits Of The Banks Employees Banking Services) Together With Granting A Loan In The Current Account, Convoying Cash, Servicing And Settling Payments Made With The Help Of Payment Cards Together With The Training Of Employees In This Respect, Handling Of Payments Made In A Closed Form, I.E. In Particular:   Opening And Keeping Of Pln And Currency Accounts For Entities Indicated In Annex 1, Including With The Participation Of Funds From The European Union, Including Accepting Your Own Cash Payments And Making Cash Payments, Opening New Bills Depending On The Needs Of The Employer. The Contractor, Within 7 Business Days Before The Date Of Commencement Of The Contract, Will Provide The List Of Bank Accounts In Accordance With The Employers Demand,  Opening And Maintaining Targeted Fund Accounts,  Providing The Electronic System Of Transfer Of Funds, Along With The Transfer Of A Base Of Contractors From The Currently Used System (In The Event Of A Change In The System) And Preparing And Sharing Daily Bank Statements Through Electronic Banking Made Available The Next Business Day To 8.00, With The Possibility Of Exporting Statements And Import Of Orders And Configuring The Rights To Accounts And Specific Operations For Individual Users,  Keeping A Virtual Consolidated Budget Of The Lublin Poviat, Including The Current Budget Of The Poviat Budget And Bills Indicated By The Ordering Party For The Consolidation Service. Consolidating The Balances Will Be Carried Out At The End Of Each Workplace In A Virtual Manner, I.E. Virtual Without Making The Balances Between The Bills: 1. Consolidated Is Used To Determine The Balance Of Use On A Given Day Of The Loan On The Current Account, 3. Changing The Bills Subject To Consolidation Will Not Require An Annexation Of The Contract, But Only The Appropriate Notification Of The Contractor About The Change,  Locating Free Cash On Short -Term Deposits, In Accordance With The Disposal Of The Contracting Authority (Variable Interest Rate He And The Indicator Specified By The Bank),  Granting A Loan In The Current Account Of The Lublin Poviat Budget, In The Amount Of Pln 3,000,000.00, In Each Budget Year Of The Contract, Based On The Draft Budget Resolution Together With The Opinion Of The Regional Accounting Chamber. The Current Account Loan Is To Be Used To Cover The Transitional Budget Deficit During The Year Of The Lublin Poviat. The Detailed Terms Of The Loan Will Be Determined By A Separate Contract, While Each Impact On The Current Account Will Reduce The Loan Balance, The Loan Will Be Launched Without Any Commissions And Fees,
