The Subject Of The Contract Is Preparing A General Plan For The City Of Głowno, Referred To In Art. 13A Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development And Participation In Activities Related To The Preparation And Adoption Of A General Plan. The Study Applies To The Entire Area Of ​​The Commune Of Głowno Within Its Administrative Borders. The Area Of ​​The Commune Of The City Of Głowno Is 1984 Ha. There Are Currently 17 Local Spatial Development Plans In The Commune. The Area Of ​​The Commune Of The City Of Głowno Is Covered By 100% Local Spatial Development Plans. Performing Works Related To The Implementation Of Planning Activities Specified In The Act On Spatial Planning And Development Regarding The Preparation Of A General Plan For The Area Of ​​The Commune Of The City Of Głowno Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of Resolution No. Xciv/662/24 Of The City Council In Główna Of February 28, 2024 On The Preparation Of The General Commune Of The Commune Of Głowno And According To Procedures And Problems Arising From The Provisions And Problems Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development, Hereinafter Referred To As The Act On Spatial Planning And Development; 2) The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Extracting From It; 3) Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of 9 September 2002 On The Study Ecophysiographic; 4) The Act Of 8 March 1990 On Municipal Self -Government; 5) The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment Of Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments; 6) The Act Of 9 October 2015 On Revitalization; 7) Acts And Special Provisions Regarding, Including Protection Of The Environment, Nature, Monuments, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, Public Roads, As Well As Ordinances Arising From The Act On Planning And Spatial Development; 8) Other Provisions Applicable In The Subject Of The Contract And Based On: A) Necessary Local Visions, Urban Inventory And Landscape Studies And All Analyzes, Taking Into Account The Provinces Plans Government And National Programs And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Law In This Respect; B) The Remarks Submitted During The Procedure For Preparing A Plan Submitted By The Employer, As Well As Current Court Case Law Regarding Spatial Development. 2. As Part Of Planning Work, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) To Make An Urban Inventory And Assess The Existing State Of Development Of The Commune Of The Municipality Of Głowno, 2) Preparation Of The Formal And Legal Documents Required By The Planning And Spatial Development Act Related To The Preparation Of The General Plan (Projects Of Advertisements, Notifications, Notifications, Letters To Agreement And Opinion Bodies And Other Documents
