The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor To Draw Up Project Documentation In All Industries. Design Documentation (Including Bills And Cost Estimates) Should Also Include All Elements Of Building Equipment And Land Development. The Purpose Of The Ordering Party Is To Obtain Complete Design Documentation Necessary For The Purposes Of Preparation, Initiation And Granting Of A Public Contract By The Ordering Party For The Implementation Of Construction Works, For The Equipment Of The Object For The Investment Intention And Providing The Employer With Formal And Legal Conditions To The Contracting Authority To Comply With The Provisions Of The Law Of Starting And Conducting The Abovementioned Construction Works And Commissioning Of The Object In Question.
