Technical Assistance Services – Technical Assistance To The Jordan Water Sector Framework Loan (Jordan). In 2020, The Eib Signed A Framework Loan To Support The Government Of Jordan In Achieving Measurable Improvement And Greater Sustainability Of The Water Sector, As Set Out In The Jordan’S National Water Strategy 2023-2040 (The “Framework Loan”). The Present Technical Assistance (Ta) Will Support The Jordanian Ministry Of Water And Irrigation (Mwi), Acting Through The Water Authority Jordan (Waj), In The Preparation And Allocation Of Sub-Projects Under The Framework Loan. And To Deliver The Sub-Projects Financed By The Framework Loan In An Efficient, Effective, Coordinated, And Sustainable Way. The Ta Assignment Will Involve Support Along The Entire Project Implementation Cycle, Including Activities Such As Further Preparatory Studies (Potentially Including Review, Verification And Update Of Existing Studies), Preparation And Finalisation Of Project Allocation Requests Under The Framework Loan, Preparation Of Terms Of Reference, Preparation Of Tender Documents, Support To Procurement, Compliance With Environmental And Social Standards, And Assurance Of Health And Safety Procedures
