Note: Awarded Iraqi Service provider/s shall register its employee in the Social Security regarding this project, both service provider and its subcontractors are jointly/severally liable before the Social Security Office in fulfilling their obligations regarding the Social Security contributions for their employees on any awarded contract by DRC.
