In Continuation Of The Broad Political Agreement On Compensation For Mink Breeders And Mink-Fellow Business Affected By Covid-19 (S, V, Rv, Sf And La) It Was Decided On November 2, 2023, That Financial Stability Should Be Responsible For Handling The Assets That The State Takes Over From The Mink Following. The Task Is Handled In Practice By Finansiel Stabilitets Subsidiary, Fs Ejendomsselskab A/S, Which Is Thus The Contract Party. Financial Stability Is Expected To Take Over Assets From A Total Of Approx. 100 Mink -Followed Business, Of Which A Total Of Approx. 70 Properties. Most Are Expected To Be Located In Jutland. In Addition To Real Estate And Fixtures, There Will Be A Wide Portfolio Of Assets That Include: Expected To Be Stocks, Including From Feed, Carriage And Machinery Parks, Vehicles, Production Machines And Operating Equipment. In The Handling Of The Assets, Financial Stability Will Need Insurance Of The Assets Until They Are Sold. This Tender Relates To The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement On Insurance Services Applicable From 1 May 2025. This Is A Re-Tender Of The Framework Agreement Tendered By The Tender Order 739871-2024. The Framework Agreement Is Expected To Have An Estimated Value Of Dkk 3.0 Million. The Framework Agreement Has A Maximum Value Of Dkk 5.0 Million. Dkk For The Initial Agreement Period Of 12 Months And A Maximum Value Of Dkk 8.0 Million. Dkk Throughout The Framework Agreement, Including Any Extensions Of Up To 36 Months.
