The Activities Intended For Implementation, Within The Scope Of The Moisture, As Provided For In The Approved Investment Project, Is For: Repair Of Zemen - Markovtsi Neighborhood, Which Is Part Of The Fourth -Class Road Network Managed By Zemen Municipality. The Road Planned For Repair Is A Local Road With A Per 3054 Number. At This Stage, The Road Is Highly Compromised, With A Dug Asphalt Cover. The Existing Radii Of Horizontal Curves Do Not Meet The Design Speed, As Well, The Longitudinal Slopes Do Not Meet The Norms. The Project Envisages The Restoration And Improvement Of The Transport And Exploitation Qualities And The Bearing Capacity Of The Flooring And The Construction Of A New Flooring In Order To Provide Conditions For Traffic Safety And Good Drainage. The Road Provided For The Reconstruction Is Conditionally Divided Into Two Parts. The First Section With A Length Of 510 M Is Within The Regulatory Boundaries Of Zemen. The Second Section With A Length Of 2048 M Is Out Of Regulation. In The First Regulation, There Are Sidewalks And Curbs That Are In A Poor State. Total Length Of The Road Provided For Reconstruction - 2 558 M. The Total Area Provided For Reconstruction Is 10 683 Sq.M. The Project Envisages The Repair Of 797.50 Sq.M. Sidewalks And 9885.50 Sq. M. Road /Asphalt Works /. The Project Also Envisages The Construction Of A 2090 Lm Cable Duct. Within The Award, The Selected Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Execution Of The Intended Construction Works, Including The Delivery Of Raw Materials, Mechanization, Labor Force And All Accompanying Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of Construction, In Accordance With The Technical Specifications, The Technical Design And Quantitative Accounts; Guarantee Liability For The Periods Of The Warranty Periods Offered By The Contractor For The Different Types Of Construction And Assembly Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003 For The Introduction Of Construction Works In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites. 160, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Spa.
