25-1524 - Non-Destructive Testing (Ndt) Of Lrt Rails By Use Of Ultrasonic Testing Equipment (Ut) . The City Of Calgary (The City) Requires The Services Of A Qualified Non-Destructive Testing (Ndt) Firm To Provide Ultrasonic Testing (Ut) On All Calgary Transit (Ct) Light Rail Transit (Lrt) Mainline Tracks And Switches, As And When Needed. This Procurement Process Is Not Intended To Create, And, Will Not Create, A Formal, Legally Binding Bidding Process. It Will Instead Be Governed By The Law Applicable To Direct Commercial Negotiations. The Agreement Will Be For An Initial Term Of One (1) Year And May Be Renewed Up To Two (2) Times For Two (2) Years At A Time For A Maximum Total Term Of Five (5) Years.
