Request for proposals for Rural Electrification/Step down of National Grid of the under Listed Villages, Tashara, Araba, Kuru, Majaga, Adadu, Nyezi, Ugya, Kanyehu and Umaisha The scope of work Contractor shall provide all labour materials and equipment necessary to complete the renovation/construction of the project. The scope of work includes: Demolition of some existing interior walls and finishes. Installation of new electrical and plumbing work. Installation of new flooring, walls and ceilings. Painting and finishing work. Installation of new doors and hardware. Others at it may relate to the work. Eligibility criteria To be eligible to bid, contractor must; Be licensed and registered and do business in the Local Government. Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in commercial construction. Bid submission requirement Proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope, contractor name and address. Proposal must include: A technical proposal not to exceed five pages Proof of insurance and license References and past performance documentation.
