The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes: Activity 1: Obligations Of The Contractor Related To The Exercise Of The Functions Of Construction Supervision Of The Construction Within The Meaning Of The Spatial Planning Act, Inspection And Control Of The Delivered And Investments In The Construction Of Construction Products, Which Ensure The Fulfillment Of The Basic Requirements For The Works In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordinance Under Art. 9, Para. 2, Item 5 Of The Law On The Technical Requirements For Products And Fulfillment Of The Functions Of A Safety And Health Coordinator In Accordance With Article 5, Paragraph 3 Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work When Performing Construction Works. Activity 2: Drawing Up The Technical Passport Of The Construction Before The Introduction Of The New Construction Into Operation. Activity 3: Preparation Of A Final Report To The Contracting Authority For Commissioning.
