Toxic Substances Monitoring Services – Screening 2025 - Examination Of Plastic Matter In (Follow-Up Of Plastchem Project). The Screening Programme Aims At Mapping The Occurrence, Supply And Environmental Consequences Of New Environmental Toxins In The Norwegian And Arctic Environments. This Information Shall Be Used To Regulate Or Limit The Emissions Of New Environmental Toxins Before They Are Spread Out In Nature And Become An Environmental Problem. In This Years Programme We Have Chosen To Follow-Up Plastic Related Substances From Reports Initiated From The Environment Agencys: Plastchem-Project: State Of The Art State Of The Science On Plastic Chemicals Andand Identification Of Pop Candidates Among Chemicals In Plastic. In Addition, We Have Included Some Other Substances That Were Given A High Priority And Which We Believe Fit In A Plastic Notice. The Total Project Includes Approx. 100 Substances, See Annex 5. The Project Shall Also Test The Toxicity Of At Least 5 Of The Substances.
