Repair And Maintenance Services - Tendering Ventilation Service (2025). This Tender Relates To A Contract For The Execution Of Ventilation Service For Frederiksberg Municipality. A 5-Year Contract Will Be Offered For The Entry Into Force Of December 1, 2025 And With An Option For The Municipality On Extension For Up To 2 X 12 Months. The Ventilation Service Tasks Consist Of • Preventive Maintenance • Remedy Maintenance (Minor Repair Work), Including Emergency Tasks • Statutory Inspection Of Fire Protection Automation In Accordance With Ds 428: 2011 Section 6 Operation And Maintenance The Municipality Expects The Annual Consumption Of The Contract To Be Approx. 3-4 Million Dkk, Excluding Vat. However, The Annual Remuneration During The Agreement Period Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Prices Offered By The Supplier And The Municipalitys Actual Consumption Of The Suppliers Services.
