The Jan Yperman Hospital Is A Modern, High -Tech Hospital With 532 Beds, With 1,300 Employees And 130 Doctors. The It Infrastructure Is Hosted In 2 Core Data Centers Dc1 And Dc6 Are Located In The Same Building, But On A Different Floor And Are Connected To A 100Gbps Connection (100 Meters Away). There Is A Third Data Center In Diksmuide With 1 Gbps Bandwidth To The Core Data Centers And Without Local Break-Out. The Current Nas Consists Of A Dellemc Isilon Cluster Of +-540Tib Per Data Center, The Data +- 300 Tib To Each Other Is Synchronized Via A Snapshot-Based Mechanism. The Data From Both Clusters Is Copied To A Backup System (Rubrik). The Current Nas Is Used: • As A Traffic Jam Server For Business Documents (Non-Compressible Data). • For Storing Messages From Data Exchange Of Applications (Non-Compriminable Data). • For The Digital Pathology Data (Non-Compressible Data). • Archive For Old Patient Data (Pdf). Pacs Data Is Not Stored On The Nas, But Are Hosted In A Saas Solution. Snapshots Are Taken On The Nas Itself, With These (Current) Retention: • Every 5 Minutes For 3 Hours • All 2 Hours For 18 Hours • All 4 Hours For 1 Week • Every Week For 1 Year • 1 Annual Nas Is Backed Up Via The Backup System (Rubrik). The Ict Team Consists Of 15 People, Of Which 3 People Are Busy With The Data Center Infrastructure. Scope Of The Assignment In View Of This Context, The Following Elements Are Part Of The Scope: 1. The Replacement Of The Full Nas Infrastructure, Taking Into Account An Annual Growth Of +-50Tib. 2. Through The Framework Agreement, The Client Can Order Materials (Hardware/Software And Cabling) For The Nas Environment. 3. A Maintenance Contract 24/7 On These Systems (Including Patches Installation By The Contractor). 4. The Possibility Of Purchasing Services On Call (System Engineer, Architect, Project Manager). 5. Providing Training. The Assignment Concerns The Tender Of The Nas Infrastructure. The Purpose Of This Assignment Is To Select 1 Contractor That Can Offer, Install And Maintain A New Solution. The Candidates Must Also Have The Necessary Organization To Provide Support With Problems And Consultancy/Advice At The Request Of The Contracting Authority. It Is A Framework Agreement As Referred To In The Government Consultations Act, Whereby Assignments Will Be Placed According To The Needs. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With A Single Participant. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For 5 Years, With 2 Times Possible Extension Of 12 Months.
