These Elements Covered By The Scope Of Development In The Technical Part Of The Project Do Not Require Obtaining A Building Permit Or Notification Of Construction Works. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Construction Works In The Facility Where The Open Kindergarten Is Located. The Works Must Be Carried Out In A Way That Does Not Interfere With The Facilitys Daily Activities. In Particular, It Is Necessary To Ensure Adequate Protection Of The Construction Site, Minimize Noise And Fragrances, As Well As Observe The Safety And Health Hygiene Standards. The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree The Schedule Of Work With The Facility Administrator And To Inform About Planned Activities, Especially In Terms Of Those That May Affect The Functioning Of The Kindergarten. All Activities Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements For The Protection Of Children And People Staying In Kindergarten4.
