1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled Thermomodernization Of A Public Building In The Municipality Of Rybczewice - Rural Club Room In Wygnanowice. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Carried Out As Part Of The Task Entitled Thermomodernization Of A Public Building In The Commune Of Rybczewice - A Rural Club Room In Wygnanowice, Co -Financed By The European Union Under Measure 4.1. Supporting Energy Efficiency In Buildings (Project Type 1.2) Priority Iv Effective Use Of The Energy Of The European Funds Program For Lublin 2021-2027.3. The Order Covers In Particular: 1) The Insulation Of Foundation Walls, 2) Insulation Of External Partitions: Foundation Walls, Walls, Ceiling Above The Ground Floor, Floors On The Ground, 3) Replacement Of Window And External Door Joinery, 4) Modernization And Adaptation To Applicable Electrical Installation Regulations And Installation Of Energy -Saving Lighting, 5) Installation With A Capacity Of Up To 10 Kwp, 6) Modernization And Adaptation To The Applicable Regulations Of The Cold Water Installation, 7) Installation Of Heat Source - Air Pumps Air With A Power Of Obl.16 Kw - Along With The Implementation Of The Central Heating Installation. And Hot Water, 8) Modernization And Adaptation To The Applicable Gravitational Ventilation Regulations, 9) Execution Of The Sewage System Inside The Building, 10) Assembly Of Handrails And Devices (Toilet Bowl, Sink) For The Needs Of People With Disabilities In The Wc Room, 11) Adjusting The Entrance To The Building (Without Changing The Dimensions Of The Holes) Together With The Driveway For Disabled People. 4. The Order Should Be Completed In Particular In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex 12 To Swz, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of Swz And The Contract (Annex 10 To Swz). 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Contained In Particular: 1) Design Documentation, 2) Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. 6. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725) Together With Executive Provisions, Standards And Instructions For Manufacturers Of Applied Equipment And Materials, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Building Art. 7. The Materials Supplied And Used By The Contractor Should Meet As To The Quality Of The Requirements Of Products Approved For Trading And Application In Construction, As Defined In Art. 10 Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725). 8. Performing The Subject Of The Contract And Commissioning Must Also Be In Line With All Legal Acts Competent For The Subject Of The Contract, With Technical And Construction Regulations, Applicable Standards And Guidelines.
