The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In The Terms Of The Contract. The Purpose Of Proper Preparation Of The Offer Is Recommended For The Contractor To Make A Local Vision In The Field At Its Own Expense, Where The Subject Of The Contract Is To Be Carried Out And Obtaining (For Its Responsibility And Risk) Any Information That May Be Relevant To The Preparation Of The Offer.
