The Order Will Consist In Repairing Cavities In The Road Surface (Asphalt Mass), Supplementing The Roadside With Stone Aggregate To The Road Level, Protection Against Further Destruction (Spraying Emulsion, Flooding Of Asphalt Cracks) And Adjustment Of The Well Covers And Sewage Grilles To The Road Level. Scope Of Works: 1) Partial Renovation Of Bituminous Surface Using A Mineral And Asphalt Mass With Edge Cutting And Covering Asphalt And Backfilling Of The Edge, 2) Partial Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces Using A Mineral And Asphalt Mass Without Cutting The Edges And Covering Asphalt And Backfilling Of The Edge - Settlement 1 Ton Of Built -In Mass, 3) Surface Consolidation Of Bituminous Surfaces With Emulsion And Stone Grits, 4) Closing Cracks In Bituminous Surfaces (Gap Up To 2 Cm Wide) - Hot Asphalt With Covering Stone Grits (From 1 To 2 Mm), 5) Vertical Regulation Rainy, 6) Supplementing The Roadside With Stone Aggregate To The Road Level. The Concise Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes:- Price Form (Constituting Annex 1A- For Part 1 Of The Contract), Which Should Be Submitted Together With The Offer Constituting Annex 1 To Swz)- Designed Contract Provisions (Constituting An Attachment To This Swz No. 3 For Part 1 Of The Contract)- Technical Specifications ( Annex 4 To This Swz) Note No. 1: The Quantities Given In The Price Form Are Estimated Amounts Used To Select The Contractor. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Increase Or Reduce The Amount Of Individual Robots During Implementation, As Part Of The Amount Specified In § 10 Para. 1 Of The Planned Contractual Provisions (Annex 3A To Swz) The Gross Contract (Specified In § 10 (1) Of The Contract) For Part 1 Of The Contract Will Not Exceed The Amount Of Pln 242,766.00, I.E. The Amount That The Contracting Authority Intends To Allocate To Finance Part 1 Of The Order. 1.2. The Required Warranty Period For The Works Carried Out Is 24 Months From The Date Of The Contracting Authority Received Construction Works And Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol.
