Tenders Are Invited For Development Of The General Plan Of The Baranów Commune

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Task Under The Name Development Of The General Plan Of The Baranów Commune Referred To In Art. 13A Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130) And Participation In Activities Related To The Preparation And Adoption Of A General Plan. The Work Applies To The Entire Area Of ​​The Baranów Commune Within Its Administrative Borders. The Area Of ​​The Commune Is 84.91 Km2 (8,491 Ha). There Are Currently 4 Local Spatial Development Plans In The Commune, Which Occupy An Area Of ​​About 1,760 Ha.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others, The Following Actions: 1) The Urban Inventory And Assessment Of The Existing Spatial Development Status; 2) Preparing An Ecophorographic Study; 3) Preparing Projects Of Advertisements, Announcements, Notifications And Writings Of The Head Of The Baranów Commune Required By The Act; 4) Performing An Analysis Of Applications Submitted By Natural And Legal Persons And Reported By Authorities And Institutions, Including Preparation Of Proposals For Their Consideration Together With Justification, As Well As The Possible Development Of Response Projects To Bodies And Institutions And Other Units Informed About The Commencement Of The General Plan; 5) Preparing And Presenting The Concept Of The General Plan To The Employer And Obtaining Its Acceptance; 6) Preparation Of The General Plan Of The General Plan Together With The Justification And Forecast Of Environmental Impact (Text, Graphic Part) And Other Required By The Act; 7) Preparation Of Draft Letters Related To Giving Opinions And Agreeing On The Draft General Plan; 8) Analyzing And Developing A List Of Obtained Arrangements And Opinions Together With The Possible Introduction Of Corrections In The Project Of The General Plan Of The Commune; 9) Participation In Social Consultations Regarding The Draft General Plan With The Residents Of The Commune And Providing Relevant Information And Explanations; 10) Conducting Public Consultations Applications And A Report Summarizing The Course Of Public Consultations; 11) Preparing An Analysis, Submitted During Public Consultations, Comments To The Draft General Plan Together With A Proposal To Resolve Them And The Possible Introduction Of Corrections In The Draft General Plan Of The Commune; 12) Cooperation With The Municipal Urban And Architectural Commission In The Necessary Extent; 13) Preparation Of A Draft Resolution With Attachments And Participation In The Committees Office And Participation In The Committee And Participation In The Committee And Participation In The Committee And Participation In The Committee And Participation Session Of The Baranów Commune Council Adopting The General Plan; 14) Completing And Preparing Formal And Legal Documentation In Order To Submit It To The Lublin Voivode; 15) Preparing A Resolution For Publication In The Official Journal Of The Lubelskie Voivodeship16) In The Event
