The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Preparation Of The General Plan Of Karpacz City Based On Resolution No. Xiii/52/24 Of The Karpacz City Council Of October 1, 2024 Regarding The Accession To The Preparation Of The General Plan Of The City Of Karpacz And In Accordance With The Procedure Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024 1130); 2) Drawing Up An Eco -Gear Ecophydrate For The Needs Of The General Plan Of The City Of Karpacz. 2. The Boundaries Of The Study: The Study Area Concerns The Administrative Boundaries Of The Karpacz Commune. 3. The Area Of ​​The Area Covered By The Subject Of The Contract: The Area Of ​​The Karpacz Commune Within Its Administrative Limits Is 37.99 Km2.4. The Scope Of The Study Will Include: 1) Drawing Up A General Plan Of The City Of Karpacz In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130), And In Particular With The Provisions Of Art. 13A, 13B, 13C, 13D, 13E, 13F, 13G And 13M, As Well As Executive Provisions To This Act; 2) Preparing The Justification Of The General Plan In Accordance With Art. 13H Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development; 3) Developing Spatial Data To The General Plan In Accordance With Art. 67A Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development; 4) Participation In The Procedure For Preparing A General Plan Specified In Art. 13I Para. 3 Above Of The Act, Including Social Consultations Referred To In Art. 8I, 8J And 8K Of This Act; 5) Conducting A Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment, Including Preparing An Environmental Impact Forecast For The General Plan Of The General Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112); 6) Ecophysiographic For The Purposes Of Developing A General Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In Art. 72 Para. 5 Of The Act Of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 54, As Amended); 7) The Implementation Of Other Necessary Documents And About Planning Studies Arising From Applicable Law. 5.
