The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of Equipment Of Scientific Laboratories As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Entitled: Graduate Zs No. 2 In Wieluń-New Perspectives In The Transformation Co-Financed From The Fund Of The Fund For Fair Transformation Under The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź 2021-2027, Contract No. Feld.09.02-Iz.00-0002/24-00.2. A Detailed Description Of The Order Was Included In Annex 7 To Swz Constituting An Integral Part Of Swz And In Annex 6, I.E. The Template Of The Contract. 3. The Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract Is The Seat Of The Ordering Party In Wieluń At Ul. Traugutta 12. The Contractor Will Provide The Subject Of The Order With His Own Transport, At His Own Expense And At His Own Risk. The Order Includes Delivery To The Rooms Inside The Building And Their Installation In The Place Indicated By The Employer. 4. The Contracting Authority Requires The Granting Of Min. 24 Months Of A Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Order From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Report.
