A Conversion Of The Existing Solutions To The New It Solution Is Also Part Of The Assignment. The Municipality Of Rijssen-Holten Aims To Enter Into A Long-Term Partnership. The Municipality Of Rijssen-Holten Intends To Conclude An Agreement With One Contractor For A Guaranteed Five-Year Period. The Agreement Takes Effect At The Latest On July 1, 2025 Before The Start Of The Implementation Of The It Solution. The Agreement Can Be Unilaterally Extended Four Times (4) Optionally By The Municipality Of Rijssen-Holten For The Duration Of Two (2) Years. The Maximum Duration Of The Agreement (Incl. Extensions) Can Thus Go Up To Thirteen (13) Years.
