A) General Information: The Construction Project Is Realized In 16727 Velten, Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße (Currently Without House Number). The Property Area Provided For The Measure Consists Of Several, Partly Non -Merging Parcels. The Total Size Of The Parcels (Contract Property) Is Approximately 24,130 M².
