Engineering Support Services - Engineering Services For The Purpose Of Obtaining The Location And Design Authorization For The Final Storage Installation Dfdsma (Final Warehouse For Weak And Medium Activity Waste). The Economic Operator Will Provide Engineering Services In Order To Obtain The Authorizations, Agreements And Opinions From The Romanian Authorities Involved In Order To Develop The Dfdsma Project, According To The National Regulations And, At The Same Time, From International Bodies, In Accordance With The Applicable European Directives. The Engineering Services Consist In The Updating/Elaboration Of Technical Documentation Necessary To Obtain The Authorizations, Agreements And Opinions According To The National And International Regulations In Force. Also, Within This Contract, The Economic Operator Will Provide Technical Support To The Andr Staff, Which Will Consist Of: Supporting The Technical Documentation In The Process Of Approving The Dfdsma Project, Elaborating Points Of View/ Answers To The Requests Of The Approval Authorities, The Participation With The Andr In The Meetings, The Meetings Requested By The Approval Authorities, The Participation Of The Authorities, Public Debate, Etc. The Contract Will Be Materialized In The Delivery By An Economic Operator Of The Technical Documentation Support For Obtaining The Locations Of The Location And Design Issued By Cncan, Of The Agreements And Opinions Necessary For The Development And Implementation Of The Dfdsma Project, By Carrying Out The Following Activities: - Evaluation, Completion, Updating And Elaboration Of The Feasibility Study In The Dfdsma; - Evaluation, Completion, Updating And Elaboration Of Preliminary Criteria For Accepting Radioactive Waste For Storage At Dfdsma, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Legislation In Force; - Evaluation, Completion, Updating And Elaboration Of The Dfdsma Radiological Security Evaluation Documentation For The Location Phase, In Accordance With National Radiological Security Norms In Force; - Obtaining The Environmental Agreement For The Dfdsma Project Issued By The Competent Authority For Environmental Protection In Romania, Including The Necessary Technical Documentation (Environmental Impact Assessment Report, Adequate Evaluation Report), According To The Legal Requirements In Force; - Obtaining The Dfdsma Location Authorization From Cncan, Including The Technical Documentation Support For Authorization, According To The Legal Requirements In Force; - Obtaining The Dfdsma Design Authorization From Cncan, Including The Supporting Documentation For This Authorization Phase According To The Legal Requirements In Force.
