Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of External Electro-Mechanical Equipment at Boalkhali Model Mosque in Chattogram under the Project of Establishing 560 Model Mosques and Islamic Cultural Centres in Districts and Upazilas of Bangladesh. Eligibility of Tenderer: a) Experience of minimum 05 (Five) years (*) in the electro-mechanical works. b) A satisfactory completion of similar nature electro-mechanical work of at least Tk 50,00,000.00 (Fifty lac) under a single contract within last 05 (Five) years(*) shall be required of this tender under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies. c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1,00,00,000.00 (One Crore) over the last 5(five) years(*). Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with Tender in support of average annual construction turnover. d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk. 60,00,000.00 (Sixty lac) . Letter of commitment for Banks Undertaking for line of credit should be in the format as specified in the tender form. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. e) Up to date valid Trade license. f) Up to date ABC/BC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board. g) Up to date Income tax clearance certificate from NBR with TIN. h) Up to date VAT Registration certificate from NBR. i) Authorization letter from lift manufacturer. j) others qualification stated in TDS & PCC. k) PPA 2006 and PPR 2008 (with all Amendment) shall be followed.
