The Electric Cars Will Have A Mixed Driving Pattern, As It Is Expected That The Electric Cars Will Both Drive In Urban Areas With Many Short Trips And Rural Areas Where The Trips Are Typically Longer And Where Driving On Dirt Roads And Field Roads Can Occur. During The Agreement Period, The Contracting Entity May Enter Into Leasing Agreements On Electric Cars With A Lease Period Of 48 Months, Cf. The Terms Of Appendix 4 - Lease Agreement. Therefore, Leasing Agreements May Have A Duration That Is Beyond The Framework Agreement Period. The Contracting Entity Has An Estimated Consumption Of About 210 Electric Cars On This Agreement. Consumption Is Calculated On The Basis Of Previous Activity/Consumption With The Prerequisites Known At The Time Of Tendering. Thus, The Expected Amount Is Not Binding On The Contracting Entity. The Framework Agreement Includes The Monthly Lease Benefit, Service, Repair And Tire Agreement, Which Runs Over A Period Of 48 Months. The Contracting Entity Must Not Have Derived Costs Related To The Lease Agreement. The Lease Allowance Must Be Indicated With Fixed Benefit Throughout The Lease Period. Offers Are Assessed On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Offer, Based On The Award Criterion Best Ratio Between Price And Quality.
