Today, The Building Serves As A Central Kitchen With Associated Administration And Is Built Up Inside Two Towers. This Presents Special Challenges For Interior Design According To The Target Groups Need For Security And Clarity And For The Staffs Natural Presence In The Childrens Living Environment On The Floors. The House Must Meet The Development And Needs Of The Target Group During Their Stay. It Is The Vision Of The Construction That The Building Can Appear As A Quiet And Homely Place For The Children. Open Spaces, Noise And External Impressions Must Be Limited As Far As Possible. The Building Changes And Construction Works Must Be Carried Out With A Focus On Low Co2 Imprints, As Well As Taking Into Account The Conservation Value Of The Building And The Overall Plan For The Old City. The Transformation Of The Building Into Childrens And Youth Homes Must Be Approved By The Social Services Authority, And Therefore There Must Be An Early And Ongoing Dialogue With The Supervision During The Planning Phase. Screening Material Has Been Prepared For The Project In The Form Of Volume Study And Lca & Lcc Scenario.
