Oulun Energia Oy (Hereinafter Referred To As The Subscriber) Is Planning To Acquire A New District Heating Battery And Related Systems In The Laanila Industrial Area Near The Existing Operations Of Oulun Energia Oy. This Requests For A Request For Participation In The Tender As The First Step In The Procurement Process. Tenderers Are Asked To Submit The Entry Notifications To The Tender Process.
