Cocoa Marketing Company (Gh.) Limited intends to undertake a National Competitive Tendering procedure for the procurement of the Digital Load Cells. 2. Cocoa Marketing Company (Gh.) Limited therefore invites sealed Tenders from eligible suppliers for the supply of the above-mentioned items. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003, (Act 663) as amended and the Guidelines issued by the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) of the Republic of Ghana. 3. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the underlisted statutory documents: Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate; Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate; Valid VAT Registration Certificate; Valid Business Registration Certificates; Valid Registration Certificate from PPA. Please note that, submission of fictitious documents shall lead to your disqualification and forfeiture of your tender security. 4. Tenders shall be accompanied by tender security of not less than Two Percent (2%) of the total tender price from a reputable bank. Tender Security shall be in the currency of the tender. 5. Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Document at the Procurement Departments, Swanzy Shopping Arcade, Room 11, Digital Address (GA-105-0575) from 9.00 GMT to 16.30 GMT from Wednesday, 26th February, 2025 onwards till close of Tender. 6. A complete set of each of the above tender documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers at the Procurement Department on the submission of a written application to the address below and payment of a non-refundable for each tender payable at the Cash Office, Room 207, Second Floor, Cocoa House - Accra. 7. Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked Tender for the Procurement of Digital Load Cells, and placed in a tender box located at the Procurement Department, 1st Floor, Room 11, Swanzy Shopping Arcade. 8. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers and/or their representatives who choose to attend at the place of tender. Please note that all documents shall be valid at the time of tender closure. Late Tenders shall be rejected.
