Tenders are invited for Hvac Infrastructure Upgrades-Senior Rec Center Contract Is Per The Following: Demolition Includes The Existing Boiler, Boiler Flue, Expansion Tank, Air Separator, Piping, Valves, Hangers, Supports And Duct Work, Etc.; And Two Existing Air Handlers, Associated Condensers, And All Associated Piping, Power, Supports, Controls, Etc. Remove Existing Pumps, Ducts, And All Controls And Appurtenances. Remove Ultraviolet Lights Located In Existing Air Handlers And Turn It To The Owner. Take Down Ceiling, Lights, Sprinklers, Etc. As Required To Installation Of Equipment, Piping, And Ductwork.
