Tenders are invited for Hvac Infrastructure Upgrades-Municipal Building Contract Is To Replace Three (3) York Twenty (20) Ton Air Handling Units (“Ahu”), Both Inside Air Handlers And Outside Condensers, Replace The Associated Refrigerant Piping, Hot Water Piping And All Instrumentation; Replace All – Terminal Units, Variable Air Volume, And Fan Power Boxes In The Building Except The Recently Replaced Units And Reprogram The New Bms To Accommodate The Existing Recently Replaced Units; Replace The Existing Building Management System (“Bms”) With New, Configure And Test New System, Which Shall Include – Wires, Conduits, Control Modules, Sensors, And All Required Connections And Devices To Achieve Proper Functionality; Tie In Existing Dedicated Council Chambers System To Bms (Control Modification Only); Tie In Existing Dedicated Business Administrator (“Ba”) Office / Human Resources (“Hr”) Office To Bms (Control Modification Only); The Existing Hvac Units Which Are Connected To The Existing Bms Shall Be Reconnected To The New Bms System
