The Acquisition Is The Kvr Contract Of The New Kindergarten To Be Built In The Municipality Of Taivalkoski In Accordance With This Contract Notice And Its Annexes. The Municipality Of Taivalkoski Acquires A New Kindergarten Building, Which, When Completed, Replaces A Temporary Kindergarten On The Plot To Be Built. The Temporary Kindergarten Building Will Be Demolished And Removed From The Site When The Kindergarten To Be Built Now Is Completed. The Temporary Kindergarten Building Is A Space Element Structure And The Customer Is Responsible For Dismantling It. The New Kindergarten To Be Built Will Work For A 7-Group Kindergarten And One Of The Groups Will Be A Service Unit. The Nursery Target Brm2 Is About 1540 Brm2. The Contract Is A Kvr Contract, Where The Kvr Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor And As The Main Contractor For Legislation, And Takes Care Of All The Planning And Construction Of The Project From The Level Of The Clients Plans. The Kvr Contractor Forms A Design Team Where The Designers Are In A Direct Contractual Contractor.
