Cover letter duly signed by the companys authorized signatory indicating the specific area(s) of specialization under the four (4) headings (Goods, Works Consulting Services and non-consulting services). b. Certificate of incorporation/Registration with corporate affairs commission (CAC) Company Audited accounts for the year (2022, 2023 & 2024). c. Company profile and organization structure with the CV of key personnel with professional certificates. d. Evidence of financial capability (reference letter from reputable bank capable and willing to provide line of credit for project execution, if required) e. Current tax clearance certificate of the company and two directors for the last three years (2022, 2023 & 2024) f. Evidence of technical capacity (list of equipment staffing etc.) g. Possession of experience as a prime contractor/Consultants/Suppliers in at least two (2) Projects of similar nature and complexity with verifiable letters of contracts of award and certificate of job completion within the last five (5) years. h. Exact verifiable location and full address/contact; evidence of technical partnership (manufacturers authorization where necessary) i. In case of joint ventures, the company shall provide evidence of the joint venture agreement executed by all parties in the joint venture. j.
