The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of The Local Spatial Development Plan Of The City Of Parczew To The Extent Consistent With The Resolution Of The City Council In Parczew No. X/75/2025 Of 29 January 2025 On Joining The Local Spatial Development Plan For Some Areas Within The Administrative Borders Of The Rural Part Of The Parczew1 Commune. The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) The Development Of A Project Of The Local Spatial Development Plan To The Extent In Accordance With Art. 15 Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended. Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112 As Amended). 42 And Art. 55 Of The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments.
