The Investment Is Implemented On The Basis Of A Resolution Of The Management Board Of The Lower Silesian Voivodship No. 1458/Vii/25 Of 27 January 2025. The Investment Provides For The Implementation Of Installation And Construction Works (Preparatory Necessary To Carry Out The Installation Of A New Apparatus For Computed Angiography) Along With The Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of An Anesthesiological Column And Equipment. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Demonstrated And Described In The Assortment Form (Annex 2), In The Design Provisions (Annex 3) And In The Functional And Utility Program (Pfu) (Annex 12) Employers Guidelines In The Field Of Construction Works (Annex No. 13), Application Duculator Duculators (Annex 14) Constituting An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. The Contractual Conditions For The Implementation Of The Public Procurement In Question Are Included In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting An Integral Part Of Swz.
