1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of Street Lighting In Gdańsk As Part Of The Gdańsk Gdańsk Program Edition 2025 Stage Ii. Part No. 1 - Lighting Construction Ul. Unicorn, Ul. Athens, Ul. Gniezno, Ul. Złotowska, Ul. Myśliborska And Ul. Chojnicka In Gdańsk. 2. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes All Works, Activities And Works Necessary To Perform The Investment Task, Including The Following Elements: A) Construction Of The Lighting Cable Line With Bednarka; B) Execution Of Jam And Drilling; C) Installation Of Lighting Columns With Foundations; D) Installation Of Lighting Fittings With A Led Source Of Light, E) Installation Of Lighting Wardrobes Where It Results From The Design, F). Apparatus With Increased Power Where It Results From The Design, G) Disassembly Of Columns, Booms, Luminaires, Where It Results From The Design, H) Organizing The Construction Site And Greenery And Restoring Them To Its Original State, I) Demolition Of Paved Surfaces And Restoring Them To Its Original State, Where It Results From The Project, J) Control And Measuring Work And The Supply Of The Designed Line. Construction Under The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Necessary To Perform Other Works, Activities Or Obtaining Permits, The Contractor Will Perform These Works And Activities And Obtain The Necessary Permits At Its Own Expense And Effort. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of The Implementation Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 7.1 To Swz. Other Terms Of The Contract Were Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement, Constituting Annex 8.1 To Swz.
