The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of The Task Entitled Adaptation To The Fire Regulations Of The Boarding School Building Of The Mechanical, Electrical And Electronic School Complex At Ul. Saint. Józef 24 In Toruń. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular, The Following Scope Of Work: 1) Construction Works Consisting In Dismantling Cladding On Escape Routes Without Fire Resistance, Installation Of A Smoke Exhaust Window In The Staircase, Assembly Of Fireworks On The Ground Floor And Floors Of The Building, Assembly Of Partitions In The Form Of Glazing And Building New Walls To Close The Stairs, Performing Additional Stairs, Performing Additional Stairs On Evacuation Output And Assembly Of The Gravitational Staircase Of The Staircase, Assembly Of Evacuation Platforms As An Additional Escape Output On The Floors Of The Building, 2) Electrical Works Consisting In The Implementation Of The Internal Installation Of Smoke Removal Of The Staircase In The Dormitory Building. 3. The Contractor Will Implement The Subject Of The Contract In The Scope And In The Manner Specified In The Project Documentation And The Technical Specifications Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Studies Made By Marcin Fabiański, Conducting Business Activity Under The Company: Fs Projekt Marcin Fabiański; Components Of Project Documentation And Technical Specification Of The Implementation And Receipt Of Construction Works Listed In Annex 1 To The Template Of The Contract) And In Accordance With Applicable Law, Norms, Construction, Based On The Examination Of The Construction Area And In Accordance With The Administrative Decisions Held By The Ordering Party.
