Tenders are invited for Consultant Services for Provision of Life Insurance for MCA-Indonesia II. Procurement of Consultant Services for Lot #1: Provision of Health Insurance for CA-Indonesia II and Lot #2: Provision of Life Insurance for MCA-Indonesia II The currency(IES) of the Offer shall be as follows: United States Dollars (USD) OR Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The currency(IES) of the payment shall be as follows: United States Dollars (USD) OR Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If an Offeror submits a Technical Offer with password protection, the password should be sent no later than 15 minutes before the technical closing date at 3:00 pm on 27 March 2025 to the following email address: [email protected]. 3.2 Financial Criteria If required by DS ITO 12.5 (a), the Offeror shall provide evidence showing that it has the sufficient financial capacity needed for this Contract, as required in Form TECH-2A. Each Associate must provide the information required in TECH-2A. 3.3 Litigation Criteria The Offeror shall provide accurate information on any current or past litigation or arbitration resulting from contracts completed, terminated, or under execution by the Offeror over the last five (5) years, as indicated in Form TECH-2B. A consistent history of awards against the Offeror or existence of high value disputes may lead to the rejection of the Offer. Each Associate must provide the information required in TECH-2B. Qualifications, References and Past Performance Review This process will be conducted to determine if the Offeror satisfies the qualification requirements stated in Section III below as Qualification Table - Documents Establishing the Qualifications of the Offeror. The determination shall be based upon an examination of the documentary evidence of the Offerors qualifications submitted by the Offeror as requested in Section IV, plus the Offerors record of past performance and a review of references and any other source at the discretion of the Accountable Entity. All qualification requirements shall be considered on a pass/fail basis.
