Expression of Interest for Selection of a Study Firm for Behavioral Surveillance Survey and Biological. Eligibility Criteria be Regularly Registered in the Republic of Guinea and/or in the Country Where the Firm has its Headquarters. General Criteria and Experiences O the Selected Firm must have Proven Experience in Conducting Behavioral and Biological Surveillance Studies (ESCOMB), Estimating the Size of Key Populations and must have Knowledge of the Latest WHO/UNAIDS International Guidelines for Conducting Such a Survey. O the Study will be Conducted by a Firm with a Multidisciplinary Team of Consultants, Coordinated by a Principal Consultant. This Team must have Proven Experience in Conducting Public Health, Socio-Demographic, Behavioral and Preferably STI/HIV/AIDS Studies in General and in Particular among Key Populations, Vulnerable Populations and Sexual Minorities or so-Called Hidden/Difficult-to-Access Populations. The Ad hoc Commission for the Call for Expressions of Interest for Tenders will review all tenders to ensure that they meet the minimum requirements listed in the Compliance section of the table above. Each tender will then be assigned a score based on predetermined criteria and the weighted scores associated with them. The contract(s) will be awarded to the bidder(s) that represents the best overall value to Plan International based on the evaluation criteria set out above.
