The Assignment Concerns Advice On The Physical Living Environment. The Scope Of The Assignment Includes Result Assignments In The Field Of (Not Exhaustive): • Giving Urban Development Advice; • Advising On And Execution Of Work Related To The Digital System Omgeving Act; • (Jointly) Advising On Legal Issues And Procedures In The Field Of Environmental Law During The Transition Period; • Support With The Implementation Of The Environment Act, Including At Least The Transition To The Final Environmental Plan. This In Line And In The Elaboration Of The Transi-Kin Plan Environmental Plan; • The Preparation Of A Cost Estimate For The Elaboration Of The Sub-Phases As Included In The Transition Plan Environmental Plan; • The Preparation And Allowing By An Official Guidance Group Of Partialpro-Ducts, Suitable For Administrative Decision-Making.
