Tenders Are Invited For Choosing A Net Active Electricity Supplier And Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group For Multiprofile Hospital For Active Treatment - Cherven Bryag Ltd.

The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Delivery Of Net Active Electricity For The Needs Of The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With The Terms Of This Documentation And The Technical Specification- Annex No. 1 Of A Licensed Electricity Supplier And A Standard Balancing Group Coordinator, Which Will Supply The Net Active Electricity, With The Full Administration Of The Information Flow And The Information Flow. The Term Of The Contract Is 12 Calendar Months From The Date Of Registration Of The First Electricity Supply Schedule, Providing For A Renewal Of Up To One Year, According To Art. 21, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, In Connection With Art. 6 Of The Pppop, If At The Date Of Expiry Of The Contract, It Has Not Completed A New Procedure For Selecting A Contractor For The Delivery Of Electricity. The Total Estimated Quantity For The Delivery Of Net Active Electricity To The Contracting Authority For One Year Is ≈ 400 Mwh, And With The Included Option For Renewing Delivery By Up To One Year (Or In Total) Is ≈ 800 Mwh. The Estimated Value Of The Delivery Of Net Active Electricity For The Term Of The Contract Is Up To Bgn 200,000.00 (Two Hundred Thousand Levs) Without Vat Included With Incl. The Amounts Due For Network Services (Access To The Electricity And Electricity Distribution Network And The Transfer Of Electricity Through Them), The Statutory Price For Obligations To Society And The Due Excise Duty. The Amount Of The Estimated Value Of The Contract Also Includes The Possible One -Time Renewal Of The Contract For A Period Of One Year, According To Art. 21, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, In Connection With Art. 6 Of The Pppop, If At The Date Of Expiry Of The Contract Does Not Complete A New Procedure For Selecting A Contractor For The Delivery Of Electricity. Estimated Value For Renewal Of Delivery In One Year: Bgn 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Bgn) Without Vat Included. The Final Offered Price Is Formed By The Average Weighted Monthly Price For 1 Mwh, According To The Bulgarian Independent Energy Exchange On The Market Segment Day Forward + Price For A Fixed Allowance, To The Average Weighted Monthly Price For 1 Mwh, Without Vat Included. The Average Weighted Monthly Price For The Delivery Of 1 Mwh Means The Sum Of The Hourly Price Of The Bulgarian Independent Energy Exchange Ead (Bneb), Determined On The Market Segment Day Ahead, Calculated For Each Hour Based On The Measured Amount Of Energy Of The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority Will Not Pay A Fee For Participation In The Balancing Group. In The Case Of Registered Unbalances (Surplus Or Shortage) In The Standard Balancing Group, They Are At The Expense Of The Contractor.
