In The Event That No Financial Resources Are Provided Within 3 Months Of The Conclusion Of The Contract For The Award Of A Public Procurement For The Execution Of The Contract, Each Of The Parties May Request The Termination Of The Contract Without Notice On The Grounds Of Art. 114 Of Ppa. Provided That At The Time Of The Conclusion Of The Contract There Is Full Funding Provided, The Period Of The Same Begins To Run At The Time Of Its Signing.
