The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Periodic Supply Of Stools, Working, Visitor And Other (Other) Chairs For The Needs Of The Medical University - Varna, Hereinafter Referred To As Goods Or Articles According To The Technical Specification (Annex 1). The Order Includes Periodic Deliveries And Installation (If Necessary) Of All Goods After Prior Request And Specification By Type (Commercial Nomenclature), Technical Data, Setting And Quantities. The Quantities In The Documentation Are Estimated For The Term Of The Contract And Will Serve In Evaluation Of The Tenders. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Increase Or Reduce The Stated Volumes According To Its Needs And Financial Security, Including To Declare Other Stools, Work, Visitor, Etc. Chairs From The Participants Website. The Contracting Authority Does Not Bind To Exhaust The Specified Maximum Permissible Value Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Declare Goods Included In The Technical Specification Up To The Maximum Permissible Value Of The Public Procurement Contract, If The Estimated Value For The Implementation Of An Option Is Not Fully Absorbed. Each Participant Must Submit An Offer For All The Nomenclature Included In The Technical Specification (Annex No. 1).
