The Tenants Of The Apartments Have A Tenancy With Sligo County Council And Vacancies Are Filled By Nomination From The Council’S Housing List And Prioritized As Per Support Requirements. The Successful Tenderer Will Arrange For An On-Call Service And Alarm/Key-Holding Service To Cover Out Of Hours
