The Supply Includes Emptying And Checking Oil And Gasoline Separators As Well As Sand Trap For Vejle Municipality- Resources & Recycling (R&G) To The Extent Described Under Contract Appendix 1, Requirement Specification. Oil And Gasoline Separators Remove Oil And Gasoline Residues From The Wastewater Before Being Led To Wastewater Treatment Plants. It Is Therefore Important That Companies With Oil And Gasoline-Containing Wastewater Have An Oil And Gasoline Separator. It Is Also Important That The Separator Is Emptied And Maintained Regularly, As Oily Wastewater From A Leaky Oil Separator Can Be Led To The Surrounding Soil And Cause Oil Pollution Of Soil And Groundwater. An Oil And Gasoline Separator System Consists Of: • Sand Trap That Retains Sand, Gravel And Similar Heavy Particles In The Wastewater. • Secrets Which Separates Oil And/Or Gasoline From The Water. The Assignment Includes Supervision And Emptying Of Annually Approx. 350 Oil And Gasoline Separators And Annually An Estimate Of Approx. 200 Sand Trap - Including Cleaning And Testing Of Any. Floating And Alarm - And Environmentally Sound Disposal Of The Waste. The Basis For Offers And Services Is Applicable Laws And Regulations, Etc., Including: • The Current Regulations For Commercial Waste In Vejle Municipality. • The Laws, Regulations, Regulations, Regulatory Requirements And Rules In Force At All Times (Eg Rules On Waste Management And Rules On The Execution Of The Work) Are Used For This Area. The Supplier Must At All Times Be In Possession Of All Necessary Authority Permits For The Execution Of The Contract, Including Permission For Road Transport. In Vejle Municipality, Companies And Landowners With Oil And Gasoline Separators And Sand Traps Must Be Registered With Vejle Municipalitys Emptying Scheme For Oil And Petrol Separations As Well As Sand Trap. However, An Exemption Can Be Applied For At Vejle Municipality. The Emptying Scheme Includes The Supervision And Emptying Of Oil And Gasoline Separators As Well As Sand Trap, As Well As Environmentally Sound Disposal Of The Waste. The Emptying Scheme Must Ensure That The Number Of Empties Stipulated By Vejle Municipality Is Complied With. In Addition, The Municipal Emptying Scheme Must Ensure That Oil/Gasoline And Sludge Are Handled And Treated Or Disposed Of In An Environmentally Sound Way. Subject To And Unsubscribe Of Oil And Gasoline Separators And Sand Traps, Managed By Vejle Municipality. The Municipal Emptying Scheme For Oil And Gasoline Separators As Well As Sand Traps Is Financed By The Registered Companies/Landowners Via An Administration Fee To Vejle Municipality And User Settlement From Supplier. The Administration Fee Is Charged By Vejle Municipality With Registered Companies And Landowners. In Addition, The Administration Fee Covers The Municipalitys Administrative Costs Associated With The Municipal Emptying Scheme That The Registered Companies/Landowners Pay The Supplier For The Service Provided By The Supplier (Cf. Contract Appendix 2 - Offer List). The Supplier Charges User Settlement For The Supplied Service Directly With Registered Companies/Landowners And Settlement Is Done Directly To The Supplier.
