Mar 2025 Intervention Sector(s): Women Status & Issues Remuneration range: 2000 to 3000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 2 months Kvinna till Kvinna seeks to engage an expert who can lead two online sessions with partners to enhance their capacity in developing and maintaining institutional memory, ensuring that organizational knowledge, experiences, and best practices are systematically recorded, preserved, and utilized for effective decision-making and sustainability. Scope of Work: Designing and delivering two interactive online training sessions on institutional memory for Kvinna till Kvinna partners. Providing guidance on best practices for documentation, knowledge management, and record-keeping. Facilitating discussions on challenges and solutions related to organizational knowledge retention. Developing tools and templates for institutional memory processes. Offering practical exercises to help partners implement institutional memory mechanisms. Deliverables: Training materials and presentations include templates and guidelines on institutional memory. A final report summarizing the training outcomes, key insights, and recommendations for sustaining institutional memory. Timeline: The sessions will be between April and May 2025. Required qualifications: A strong background in knowledge management, organizational learning, or institutional memory. Experience in training and capacity-building for civil society organizations and local grassroot groups and organizations. Familiarity with documentation and record-keeping best practices.
