Quotation are invited for Cash Transfer Services. The service agent/provider will pre-finance cash to Africa Initiative for Rural Development (AIRD)offices in Juba, Bor town, old Fangak and Paguir, as well as pay incentives in Bor, Fangak and Paguir. The agent is responsible for their transport, security to these locations and insurance of the cash in transit. The agent is also responsible for obtaining clearance from the relevant security agents whenever transporting cash as the need may be. In addition, the agent/service provider must have a reliable telecommunication means to be reached with ease (Telephone numbers for all local networks, email, or Thuraya). 6.
